The Megger 35865 10-piece lighted probe extension kit for the BITE 3 series includes two 12" and two 6" probe extensions for reaching hard-to-reach battery terminals and connectors on batteries housed in cabinets and racks. They are for use with the Megger BITE 3 battery impedance tester. The probe extensions are made of ABS plastic tubing, and they fit on to the BITE 3 pistol probes using the rod-probe adapters (included). The kit comes with two pointed adaptor tips for accessing difficult-to-reach battery terminals and connectors.
Battery testers are used in the industrial, commercial, medical, telecommunications, aircraft, power utility, and military industries to detect the health of a battery.
